Hey, I’m Miriam – or just Mimi.
After completing five years of Communication Design at HTBLVA Ortweinschule, I decided to continue my creative journey by studying Information Design at FH JOANNEUM in Graz. In the winter semester of 2024, I spent a semester abroad at ESAD-arte & design in Porto, where I rediscovered my passion for analogue design.
I love exploring the space between analogue and digital design, with a focus on typography, branding, and editorial work. Curiosity, storytelling, and a hands-on approach shape my process, often blending illustration, printing techniques, animation, and photography.
Alongside my studies, I’ve worked in the graphic design department of the Kunsthistorisches Museum Vienna, co-founded a small design collective called damenbart, and collaborated with clients such as the Konfuzius-Institut at the University of Graz and HTL Kaindorf.
